What we do with your information.

Short version: we do not track you, we do not advertise to you, and we do not pass your details to anyone.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no social media tracking.

One item is stored in your browser: a note that you have closed the privacy message, so it does not reappear on every page. It contains no personal information and is only used for that. Under the Irish ePrivacy Regulations that counts as strictly necessary, so it does not require consent. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Third parties

There are none. Every file this site loads - typefaces included - is served from this domain, so no request your browser makes while reading it goes to another company, and no third party learns your IP address or that you visited.

When you contact us

The quote form does not send anything by itself. It opens WhatsApp with your details written into a message, and nothing is sent until you press send there. At that point the message is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms, and reaches us on 087 183 0357.

What you send us - your name, phone number, town and a description of the job - is used to reply, quote and carry out the work. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or pass it to anyone outside the business.

Ringing or emailing us has the same effect: we keep what you tell us for as long as we need it to do the job and to meet our tax and record keeping obligations, then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ring 087 183 0357 or email leafittous35@gmail.com and we will sort it out. If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
